This swinging rendition of the ubiquitous Tommy Tucker tune is less of a showcase for Pinetop's piano than it is for the searing harp of James Cotton, who blows like crazy throughout the number. Pinetop's singing is genial and relaxed, and his boogie-woogie vamping (which is far too low in the mix) is confident and sweet. While "High Heel Sneakers" may be almost as overplayed as "Sweet Home Chicago," Pinetop's version radiates plenty of personality and charm.

The name of this song alone is great. Very honkey-tonk blues. It's a fun up-beat song
