Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Boston gave birth to the Mighty Mighty Bosstones in a burst of ska-punk-rock mayhem way back in 1985. The band originally formed around a core group of friends rooted in the Boston hardcore scene with a shared affection for a wide range of music, with an emphasis on ska. The current lineup is now comprised of Nate Albert (guitar), Dennis Brockenborough (trombone), Ben Carr (Bosstone), Kevin Lenear (saxophone), Dicky Barrett (vocals), Tim Burton (saxophone), Joe Gittleman (bass), and Joe Sirois (drums). Since Devil's Night Out, their 1990 debut on Taang! Records, the Bosstones have come back with seven more albums, including the 1997 Mercury release Let's Face It which featured the hit "Impression That I Get".
