Welcome !
    Blink 182
San Diego pop-punkers Blink-182 originally came together as Blink in 1993. Singer/guitarist Tom Delonge, bassist Mark Hoppus, and drummer Scott Raynor began to build their following with self-released projects including the 1993 EP Fly Swatter and the 1994 full-length Buddha. With their hooky sound gaining favor and their live shows becoming a draw, the threesome was quickly snatched up by the indie label Grilled Cheese/Cargo, who released 1995 Cheshire Cat. Shortly after its release, the band was threatened with a lawsuit by an Irish band of the same name, and switched to the now far better known Blink-182. The name change didn't hurt the band's momentum at all, and they spent the next two years gaining popularity, thanks to a stint on the Warped Tour and their ubiquitous presence in skate and snowboard videos. When 1997's Dude Ranch became an indie smash, the majors came sniffing around, and after a major bidding war, the trio wound up with MCA for 1999's Enema of the State. However, Scott Raynor left the band shortly after the album's release. Quickly replacing him with drummer Travis Barker (formerly of beloved ska-punk superheroes the Aquabats). Clever videos for "What's My Age Again?" and "Adam's Song" saturated MTV, spurring Enema to sales of more than four million copies. A successful tour headlining arenas followed, and is documented on the band's latest release, the "limited edition" live album, The Mark, Tom and Travis Show (The Enema Strikes Back).

Blink 182 The Rock Show LiquidAudio Punk
Two-minutes-and-59-seconds of pure power pop that sounds like every other Blink 182 song. But who cares? Turn it up and get naked. That's what they do.
