Starting out with an arena rock-worthy guitar riff, the song quickly blasts off into hyperspeed and doesn't look back, driven by the insistent drumming and Green Day-esque bassline. Tasty harmonies accent the track, giving it just enough hook to stick to your head for a while, without losing that punk rock muscle. Singer Chris Johnson seems to be lamenting the end of a relationship, pleading "You've got to tell me just where I stand" and "I guess you just don't feel the same," but the tune is never heavy or depressing. To the contrary, it's a bright ray of pop-punk energy that will warm you up rather than cool you down.
