Hey, Mel Gibson -- here's what women really want! Or at least, the women of Betty Blowtorch; jacking up the attitudinous candor of The Donnas by several nasty notches, "Shut Up And Fuck" leaves no doubt as to what's on their filthy little minds. Sure, it'd be nice if the words were a little smarter ("I don't care who you are / I just want to fuck in your car" is pretty much the best couplet here, while "I don't want conversation / I just want penis penetration" is easily the worst), but single-entendre songwriting hasn't exactly hampered the Brian Johnson incarnation of AC/DC, has it? Plus, the two-minute anthem rocks like a mutha, and Blare N. Bitch plays her guitar like it's covered in hot jizz and freshly-dripped cooze (and if the lyrics are anything to go by, it probably is!). If you've got a 13-year-old nephew on your Christmas list, do him a favor and stuff his stocking with Betty Blowtorch's Get Off EP. He may not be able to look you in the eye for weeks afterwards, but he will definitely worship you forever.
