A most blues-wailin' harp solo from the King of "Folk-Funk". |

A far cry from more suggestive Rush material like "Big Fat Woman" or "Straddle The Fence," "Blues Medley" is actually a fairly chaste song of farewell, highlighted by three-and-a-half minutes of soulful harp wailing. Anyone tempted to dismiss Rush as a novelty act will be singing a different tune after checking out the way he blows. Unfortunately, the download cuts the song off a few bars before the actual ending, making for a rather anti-climactic finish to a solid blues number.
