"You guys remember this song?" asks Sebastian Bach, before diving hair-first into a live rendition of one of Skid Row's biggest hits. Hey, how could we forget it? "18 and Life" was a great single, one which updated the teenage angst of Alice Cooper's "I'm Eighteen" with some rootin-tootin' gunplay and a heapin' helping of bad-boy attitude. But while Sebastian once had the pipes to pull it off, he now just comes off like Ian Astbury suffering from acute intestinal blockage. The best part comes about three-and-a-half minutes in, where he decides to atone for his previous sins by gargling Drano -- or at least, that's what it sounds like. His band is pretty wretched, too, stumbling through the song like a New Jersey cover band that just learned it an hour ago. The whole thing is good for a laugh (dig his arena-honed cry of "Let's fuckin' do it, come on people!"), but unfortunately little else.
