BT Dreaming (Tiesto Mix) Album: Movement In Still Life
Genres: Electronic
BT should be "Dreaming" of another No. 1 hit with this collaboration with vocalist Kirsty Hawkshaw. |

BT (a.k.a. Brian Transeau) may have pioneered trance music in the early to mid-'90s, but it was his 1995 collaboration with Tori Amos on "Blue Skies" that broke him to the mainstream. "Dreaming," off his newest release, Movement in Still Life, recalls BT's first hit, as the Washington, D.C. native pairs with vocalist Kirsty Hawkshaw of Opus 3. An expertly crafted progressive house track, "Dreaming" often builds into a controlled frenzy of beats. Yet Hawkshaw's vocals always intervene to return the song to a more peaceful state. Her haunting, memorable voice ensures this track will go as far as "Blue Skies" -- all the way to No. 1.
This review refers to the studio version of "Dreaming".

Beautiful vocal trance brought to us by BT. I have heard a lot of remixes of this track, and this one tops them all.
