Joey Beltram may be best known for his techno tracks, but he's capable of much more than that particular sound. The New York-born DJ even made an entire ambient album in 1994; entitled Aonox, the record is home to this track, "Cure." The song is based around a loop of hollow keyboard notes that glisten like snow in the moonlight. Slowly drifting beats build and ebb beneath these notes, adding heat and intensity to an otherwise cold soundscape. It all combines to make a track of haunting beauty, one worthy of the Beltram name.
