Uncle Sammy Ricky Rabbit Album: Live - At Broadyway Joe's
Genres: Jambands
"Roll, rabbit, roll." But be sure what you're rollin' is strong enough to make you forget you ever heard this song. Uncle Sammy may want you, but trust me, you don't want Uncle Sammy. |

Okay, ya know what? This song is just really boring. It sounds like the kind of thing you'd stumble upon on the fourth stage of a festival -- you know, the one that's tucked back between the kind veggie burrito stand and the porta-potties. Opening with a super-generic "jam" guitar lead, the band quickly subjects the listener to some really stupid lyrics and super cheesy keyboard fills. The hook is catchy in that evil way that a bad song's hook can be, getting "Roll, rabbit, roll..." all stuck in your head. A third of the way through they make the fatal decision to speak their way through a stanza -- a miserable attempt to change things up. Then it's noodle noodle noodle, blah blah blah. At nearly 10 minutes in length, Uncle Sammy may want you, but trust me, you don't want Uncle Sammy
