Genres: Electronic
Superstar DJ Keoki drops a less-than-superstar track: It's fun and full of beats, but none too original. |

DJ Keoki is one of America's more cheeky DJs -- after all, the man named himself "Superstar DJ Keoki" before he'd achieved even an ounce of fame. So it should come as no surprise that this song from the Superstar DJ is as flamboyant as its author. A basic break beat track, "Pass It On" is peppered with tinny vocal interludes and keyboard lines that build to a dramatic peak. There's nothing too original here, but it makes for a good time nonetheless: The sirenlike squeals that dominate the song's second half, for instance, would fit perfectly with the flashing lights that often sweep packed dance floors. If you're looking for a mindless good time, look no further than this.

For Keoki, this is a great track. Moonshine continues to pave the way with quality dance music and this song is no exception.
