MUSICBLITZ SYNDICATES EXCLUSIVE PROGRAMMING TO DMX MUSIC AND INKS CROSS-PROMOTIONAL AGREEMENT

DMX MUSIC to World Premier MUSICBLITZ’s Exclusive Songs

LOS ANGELES - August 14, 2000 - DMX MUSIC, a leading digital music provider, and MUSICBLITZ, a leading developer of exclusive music and targeted music brands, have entered into a cross-promotional relationship that will build brand awareness for MUSICBLITZ’s exclusive content via DMX MUSIC’s digital music service delivered via cable and satellite. 

DMX MUSIC will world-premier singles from MUSICBLITZ’s new albums by the Wailing Souls, REGGAEBLITZ All-Stars and The Presidents of the United States of America. The songs will be featured, along with in-depth artist interviews on "The DMX Listening Room" channel. Hosted by musicians and industry veterans, "The DMX Listening Room" channel is comprised 12 multi-faceted, two-hour music shows that rotate through a weekly schedule and explore a variety of musical styles. 

In addition to the world-premier broadcasts, DMX MUSIC will incorporate a MUSICBLITZ download of the week feature into its emerging music "DMX-treme" show heard on "The DMX Listening Room" channel to spotlight some of the other free and legal music downloads that are available exclusively at www.musicblitz.com. In turn, MUSICBLITZ will feature a link on its Web site to cross-promote the DMX service.
