MUSICBLITZ LAUNCHES HEAVY METAL WEB SITE AND SIGNS DISTRIBUTION DEAL FOR RADIO SHOW WITH TOP-RATED FM STATION

Groundbreaking FM Radio Show Features Exclusive METALBLITZ Music to Expand Reach to Radio and Web Audiences

LOS ANGELES-June 19, 2000- MUSICBLITZ, a music and technology company that funds artists to record exclusive new music and video content, has launched METALBLITZ, a heavy metal Web site and accompanying weekly FM radio show. The company has also inked a distribution deal with 97.1 KLSX-FM in Los Angeles to broadcast the METALBLITZ show weekly.

The concurrent launch of the METALBLITZ Web site (http://www.metalblitz.com) and radio show on a top-rated FM station in Los Angeles will help MUSICBLITZ expand its consumer base and reach a broader audience through a powerful combination of offline and online channels.

METALBLITZ will feature world premieres, interactive features and exclusive music from bands such as Motorhead, Kittie, Biohazard, Static-X, Nashville Pussy, Dio, W.A.S.P. and many others. The radio show will be broadcast on Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 PM on 97.1 KLSX-FM and will be simulcast on the Web. All of the exclusive METALBLITZ songs are also available as free MP3 downloads at www.metalblitz.com.
