Singer Charlie Voice lost the argument, and ended up beaten on the ground with a copy of the Blitz's album Voice of a Generation in his hand. Having discovered the record, Charlie played it constantly, and was inspired to start his own band. Meeting up with local punks Simon Riddle (bass) and Ricardo "El Diablo" (drums), Voice of a Generation was born. Eventually, the band would expand to a five-piece, adding guitarists Kim Belly and 212, and later down the line, Mike Pyng replaced "El Diablo" on the drums. While the band is still largely unknown outside their native Sweden, they hoped to change that with Epitaph's release of their US debut, Obligations to the Odd, early in 2001.     Voice Of A Generation My Word My Way MP3 Punk This loud, thrashy punk rocker is so fast, it's over in less time than it'll take you to read this description!
