Vinyl
Hailing from Mill Valley, CA, Vinyl is an 8-piece latin-funk-groove machine. Consisting of Doug Thomas (saxophone, flute), Jonathan Korty (organ, keyboards, harmonica), Antonio Onorato (Congas, timbales), his brother Sean (percussion, bongos), Geoff Vaughn (bass), Danny Cao (trumpet), Billy Frates (guitar), and Alexis Razon (drums), Vinyl tours relentlessly, sharing their original brand of instrumental grooves with an ever-growing audience. They've shared the stage with such luminaries as The Funky Meters and The Grateful Dead's Phil Lesh. In addition to consistently selling out clubs in the Bay Area, they have found much success on the festival circuit, and continue to tour in support of their latest release, Live at Sweetwater, the follow up to their 1997 self-titled debut.
