Welcome !
    Kenny Wayne Shepard Band
At seven years old Shepard was placed on an instrument case onstage at a Stevie Ray Vaughn concert by his father -- it wasn't long before the thunderstruck youngster had a guitar in his hands, and by age 13, he was performing live in clubs. By age 15, he'd opened stadium shows for the likes of Bob Dylan and the Eagles. Shepard's debut album, Ledbetter Heights (1995), was the number one blues release on Billboard charts for an astounding five months, and spawned a string of hits, including his trademark "Deja Voodoo". Followed up in 1997 with "Trouble Is", produced by Jerry Harrison, his sophomore release garnered the guitar gunslinger his first Grammy nomination, and stayed at the top of the blues charts for two years. With 3 albums under his belt at age 22, Kenny Wayne Shepard has perfected his style, a hard-rocking hybrid of Texas blues and 70's arena rock, achieving the near impossible feat of taking the blues out of the clubs and into arenas. Between Grammy nominations, 2 Billboard Music Awards and 3 top selling albums, Shepard is the most visible blues guitarist of the modern era. Live On, his latest release, continues stretching the boundaries of the blues further into rock, and cements Shepard's status as a musical force to be reckoned with.

Kenny Wayne Shepard Band In 2 Deep WinMedia Blues, Rock
The leading light of the post-SRV era, Kenny Wayne Shepard lets fly with both barrels on this rocking guitar assault, a bit of six string fury closer to Pat Travers than Muddy Waters.
