The Bristol-based team of Darren Beale and Mark Caro got their start dealing with the hardcore breakbeats that cropped up in the late ’80s, and as such incorporate the edgier subgenres of drum ’n’ bass like hardstep into their music. The duo has recorded as Kutta, T.I.C., Alpha Proxima, Plasmic Life and, most notably, Decoder; they also run their own label, also called Technical Itch. Beale and Caro released Diagnostics under the Technical Itch moniker in 1999 on the Moving Shadow label, to which they were signed in 1996.     Technical Itch Reborn MP3 Electronic Aggressive, unsettling drum ’n’ bass from this Bristol-based duo.
