DJ/producers Roni Size and Die, already established in the dance-music vanguard, met Laws when they were recording the monumental New Forms album. Together, the three Bristol residents created the single “Breakbeat Era,” credited to “Scorpio featuring Leonie” when it first appeared on the Music Box compilation album.
