H2O
It's not too often you hear of a roadie taking the big leap from backstage to center stage, but that's exactly what H20 frontman Toby Morse did. As a crewmember for the legendary Sick Of It All, he found himself onstage one night, and the rest, as somebody once said, is history. He formed H20, playing their first show in 1994 as a 4 piece. The addition of his brother Todd on guitar led to the boisterous, ballzout sound the band employs today, a mixture of hardcore and old school punk. After releasing a self-titled debut in 1995 on Blackout Records, the band became mainstays on the punk circuit, showing up with the likes of No Doubt and Mighty Mighty Bosstones. H20's latest release, F.T.T.W., shows a world-class band in high gear, and their legions of fans continue to grow. In a genre increasingly becoming stale and repetitive, Toby Morse and H20 bring a dose of melodic life to the party, without wimping out. |

Hardcore punks take on a hardcore hip-hop classic -- and do a pretty good job of it, too!

Punk |
This slamming punk anthem from Toby and H20 (with a nod to the Clash and Stiff Little Fingers) really kicks ya in the goodies.
